Steelheads agree to terms with Fowlie

BOISE, Idaho –Forward Cody Fowlie has agreed to terms with the Idaho Steelheads for the 2020-21 season.

Fowlie, 27, joins the Steelheads after a one-year stint with ASC Corona Brasov in which he tallied 100 points (53g-47a) along with 92 penalty minutes. He began his professional career in the ECHL with the Jacksonville Iceman during the 2017-18 season. Through 92 games in the ECHL, Fowlie has posted 57 points (24g-33a).

Prior to his professional career, Fowlie played three seasons in the Western Hockey League split between the Everett Silvertips and Kelowna Rockets where he recorded 102 points (41g-61a) in 227 games. Following his time in the WHL, Fowlie went on to play five seasons with the University of Regina where he had 88 points (33g-55a) in 134 games.
