Doherty returns to Everblades

ESTERO, Fla. – The Florida Everblades have re-signed defenseman Connor Doherty to a contract for the 2025-26 season.
 
Doherty, 32, had 18 points (4g-14a) in 60 games with Florida last season before adding five assists in 15 postseason games.
 
Overall in his ECHL career, Doherty has played 405 games with Worcester, Kansas City, Maine and Florida, totaling 93 points (14g-79a). In 2020, he won the league’s Community Service Award as a member of the Railers.
 
Before turning pro, Doherty played three seasons of collegiate hockey at Sacred Heart, posting 21 points (7g-14a) in 99 career games.
