Moore re-signs with Stingrays

NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C. – The South Carolina Stingrays, ECHL affiliate of the National Hockey League’s Washington Capitals and American Hockey League’s Hershey Bears, announced today that the team has signed defenseman Connor Moore to a contract for the 2025-26 season. 

Moore, 28, is set to return for his sixth season with the Stingrays. The Cumming, Georgia native is coming off another strong year in 2024-25, where he recorded 40 points (10g-30a) and a +22 rating across 65 games. He added 3 points (1g-2a) in four appearances in the 2025 \Kelly Cup Playoffs. 

Moore has served as an alternate captain for the past three seasons and currently holds the distinction of being the longest-tenured player on the active roster.
