Coralville, Iowa – The Iowa Heartlanders, ECHL affiliate of the National Hockey League's Minnesota Wild and American Hockey League's Iowa Wild, have signed goaltender Dante Giannuzzi, forward Nathan Noel and defenseman Jacob Arsenault to contracts for the 2025-26 season.

Giannuzzi played for the Heartlanders in a pair of games last season and in total, the Winnipeg, Manitoba native played in seven ECHL games last season between Norfolk and Iowa, compiling a 4-2-1 record with a 3.30 goals-against average and an .873 save percentage. He won 13 games with Utah in 2023-24 as a rookie.

Noel is entering his eighth professional season and this will be his seventh in the ECHL. He joined Iowa in the second half of last season and contributed eight points (2g-6a) and 97 penalty minutes in 17 games. He added two goals in five games during the Kelly Cup Playoffs.

Arsenault, 26, is preparing for his first professional season after captaining Briarcrest College the last three seasons. In 2023-24, he was named ACAC Player of the Year. He is a two-time ACAC first-all-conference team selection and compiled 59 points (17g-42a) and 246 penalty minutes in 83 games at Briarcrest.
