Nijhoff returns to Lions

TROIS-RIVIÈRES, Quebec – The Trois-Rivières Lions, ECHL affiliate of the Montreal Canadiens, have signed forward Logan Nijhoff to a contract for the 2025-26 season.

Nijhoff was a key part of the Lions’ success last season, tallying 49 points (25g-24a) in 58 regular-season games and adding 12 points (3g-9a) during the team's run to the Kelly Cup title.

The Comox, British Columbia native also picked up one assist in eight games with Laval of the American Hockey League.

Before joining the Lions last season, Nijhoff had AHL stints with San Diego and Rockkford, as well as time ECHL time with Tulsa and Indy.
