GREENVILLE, S.C. – The Greenville Swamp Rabbits, ECHL affiliate of the National Hockey League’s Los Angeles Kings and American Hockey League’s Ontario Reign, announced that rookie forward Jack Brackett has re-signed with the team for the 2025-26 season, his first full campaign as a professional.
Brackett comes back to the Swamp Rabbits after joining the team late last season to start his professional career. He made his professional debut on March 12 at South Carolina, scoring his first professional goal that night. Brackett skated in 15 games for the Swamp Rabbits, tallying seven points (5g-2a).
From Manassas, Virginia, Brackett came to the Swamp Rabbits following his fourth and final season at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, where he hit career highs across the board with 17 points (6g-11a) in 35 contests. Overall, he played in 117 games as an Engineer, earning 37 points (12g-25a). Brackett also spent time with the United States Hockey League's Cedar Rapids RoughRiders, the North American Hockey League’s Maryland Black Bears and the British Columbia Hockey League’s Powell River Kings.
