Bison agree to terms with Kuznetsov

BLOOMINGTON, Ill. – The Bloomington Bison announced the team has signed forward Artemi Kuznetsov to a contract for the 2026-27 season.

Kuznetsov split time between the KHL’s Lada Togliatti and the VHL’s CSK VVS Samara last season. The 21-year-old totaled 21 points (9g-12a) in 36 VHL games and had a +10 rating.

In addition to his stint in the VHL during the 2025-26 campaign, the Moskva, Russia native has appeared in 76 career KHL games and registered 12 points (3g-9a).

Kuznetsov played parts of four Junior seasons in the MHL, totaling 76 points (29g-47a) in 138 career games and earning a place in the 2023-24 MHL All-Star Game.
