Trio of players return to Bison

BLOOMINGTON, Ill. – The Bloomington Bison announced that the team has signed returning forwards Lou-Felix Denis, Zach Faremouth and Parker Lindauer to contracts for the 2026-27 season.

Denis, 23, was fourth in goals for the Bison last season and finished the year with 30 points (15g-15a) and 71 penalty minutes in 70 games. The Farnham, Quebec product began his professional career with the Reading Royals before being acquired by the Bison for the final 18 games of the 2024-25 season. In total, Denis has amassed 56 points (27g-29a) and 141 penalty minutes in 138 career ECHL games.

Denis skated in 197 Quebec Maritimes Junior Hockey League games from 2020-24 registering 113 points (47g-66a). He added four goals and eight points in 25 postseason games and was a member of the QMJHL champion Shawinigan Cataractes team.

Faremouth, 26, was originally acquired by the Bison on March 8 after scoring 18 points (9g-9a) in 53 games with the Greensboro Gargoyles. He scored a goal and added two assists in the final 17 games of the season with Bloomington. The Jackson, Michigan native had a three-game ECHL debut with Reading after finishing collegiate play during the 2024-25 season. Faremouth spent four years at Ferris State University where he appeared in 126 games and totaled 35 points (17g-18a).

Before joining the university ranks, Faremouth played juniors in the North American Hockey League and United States Hockey League. In 150 USHL games, he recorded 54 points (28g-26a) and 251 penalty minutes, and he notched 18 points (6g-12a) in 43 NAHL contests.

Lindauer, 25, signed with the Bison on March 20 after completing his senior season as an alternate captain at Union College. He amassed 34 points (10g-24a) in 37 games before tallying nine points (4g-5a) in 12 games with Bloomington. The Madison, Wisconsin native played two seasons at the University of Maine before joining Union College and totaled 50 points (14g-36a) in 102 career collegiate games.

Prior to his collegiate career, Lindauer scored 37 points (16g-21a) in 40 NAHL games and had 19 points (8g-11a) in 87 USHL games.
