GLENS FALLS, N.Y. – The Adirondack Thunder, ECHL affiliate of the National Hockey League’s New Jersey Devils and American Hockey League’s Utica Comets, have announced that the club has signed defenseman Liam Haslam to a contract for the 2026-27 season.
Haslam, 27, returns to North America after playing the last two seasons in Sweden and Denmark. Last year, the Toronto, Ontario native played 45 games for the Metal Ligaen’s Rødovre Mighty Bulls in Denmark and had four assists. During the 2024-25 campaign, he played for the HockeyEttan’s Kalix HC in Sweden and totaled eight assists in 32 games.
Prior to heading overseas, Haslam played three seasons at SUNY-Oswego and Concordia College. In 56 total games, he had 34 points (6g-28a) and served as the team’s alternate captain during the 2023-24 season.
