Norfolk, Va. – The Norfolk Admirals announced that they have re-signed forward Grant Hebert to a contract for the 2026-27 season.
Hebert returns for his second full season with Norfolk, suiting up for 50 games in 2025-26. He set ECHL-career highs in every category, including games played (50), goals (13), assists (22), points (35) and penalty minutes (52).
The St. Andrews West, Ontario native began his professional career with the Allen Americans, reording 46 points (18g-28a) in 80 games in two seasons from 2022-24.
Hebert began the 2024-25 season with the Manchester Storm of the Elite Ice Hockey League. He put up 35 points (14g-21a) in 32 games before having his ECHL contract rights traded from Reading to Norfolk on Feb.15 and joiningh the Admirals for the rest of the season. He appeared in 24 games with Norfolk, posting 16 points (5g-11a).
Before going pro, Hebert won a Clark Cup title with the United States Hockey League's Fargo Force. He also spent time with the Cornwall Colts and the Cumberland Grads of the Central Canada Hockey League, along with Robert Morris University and the University of Maine.
