Greenville, S.C. – The Greenville Swamp Rabbits announced that forward Jarrid Privitera has signed a contract with the team for the 2018-19 season.

Privitera logged 139 games with the University of Vermont from 2014-18. The 24-year-old tallied 59 points (27g-32a) during his tenure and ranked third in scoring on the team as a sophomore. His 10 goals during the 2015-16 season were tied for the team lead and set a personal best during his collegiate career.

Before enrolling at Vermont, Privitera played a pair of seasons with the Dubuque Fighting Saints in the United States Hockey League, recording 62 points (25G, 37A) in 117 games. He also was a top-six scorer for the Saints and served as an alternate captain in his second USHL season. In the 2012-13 campaign, Privitera helped his club win the Clark Cup championship by earning six points (2g-4a) during his team’s 11-game postseason run.
