GREENVILLE, S.C. — The Greenville Swamp Rabbits have announced that they have re-signed defenseman Chad Duchesneto a contract for the 2018–19 season. The 23-year old is a veteran of over 100 ECHL games and will suit up for his third season in Greenville.
In those 109 prior games with the Swamp Rabbits, Duchesne scored 11 points (2g-9a). The 23-year-old played in three different junior leagues before entering the professional ranks, including as a member of the Kingston Voyageurs of the Ontario Junior Hockey League, the Sioux Falls Stampede of the United States Hockey League, and most recently, the Kingston Frontenacs of the Ontario Hockey League.
The native of Inverary, Ontario capped off his junior career in Kingston with a 32-point season in 2015–16.
