NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C. – The South Carolina Stingrays, ECHL affiliate of the National Hockey League’s Washington Capitals and American Hockey League’s Hershey Bears, have agreed to terms with forward Kevin O’Neil for the 2022-23 season. O’Neil is set to embark on his first full season of professional hockey following a 10-game stint with South Carolina to conclude the 2021-22 campaign. In the final 10 games of the ECHL season, he tallied 10 points (6g-4a).The Latham, New York native completed a four-year collegiate hockey career at the University of Connecticut last season following three years with the Yale University Bulldogs, totaling 60 points (23g-37a) in 130 career collegiate games.
