Grizzlies re-sign Colatarci

West Valley City, Utah – The Utah Grizzlies, ECHL affiliate of the Stanley Cup champion Colorado Avalanche, have re-signed Joey Colatarci for the 2022-23 season.

Last season, Colatarci played both as a defenseman and forward for Utah, scoring nine points (2g-7a) in 55 games and earning the Grizzlies “Unsung Hero” Award. He spent his first pro season in 2020-21 in the Southern Professional Hockey League with Macon and Knoxville.

A native of Estero, Florida, Colatarci played his college hockey at Adrian College from 2017-20.
