Pochiro rejoins Americans

Allen, Texas – TheAllen Americans announced that the team has signed forward Zach Pochiro for the 2022-23 season.

A fourth-round selection (112th overall) of the St. Louis Blues in the 2013 NHL Entry Draft, Pochiro returns to the Americans after putting up 99 points (52g-47a) over 105 games in Allen during the 2017-18 and 2018-19 seasons.

Pochiro spent the last two seasons with the Fort Wayne Komets, where he had 72 points (30g-42a) in 71 games. Overall, he has totaled 228 points (94g-134a) in 279 career ECHL games with Fort Wayne, Allen, Norfolk, Quad City, Alaska and Kalamazoo. He has also skated in five career games in the American Hockey League, and spent the 2019-20 season in Denmark with Esbjerg EfB Ishockey.
