Grizzlies add Martin

West Valley City, Utah – The Utah Grizzlies, ECHL affiliate of the 2022 Stanley Cup champion Colorado Avalanche, have signed defenseman Brycen Martin for the 2022-23 season.

Martin skated in 56 games last season with Indy and Maine, totaling 32 points (4g-28a).

Selected in the third round (74th overall) of the 2014 NHL Entry Draft by the Buffalo Sabres, Martin also has pro experience with with Norfolk, Fort Wayne, Cincinnati and Elmira along with time in the American Hockey League with Rochester.

The 26-year-old has recorded 92 points (19g-73a) in 252 career ECHL games.
