Smith returns to Adirondack

GLENS FALLS, N.Y. – The Adirondack Thunder, ECHL affiliate of the National Hockey League's New Jersey Devils and American Hockey League's Utica Comets, announced that they have re-signed forward Ryan Smithto a contract for the 2022-23 season. 

Smith, 25, played in 70 games last season for the Thunder while also skating in two AHL games with the Springfield Thunderbirds. Smith recorded 27 points (11g-16a) in his rookie campaign with the Thunder.

Prior to turning pro, Smith played four seasons at the University of Maine.
