Adirondack adds Turcotte

Adirondack adds Turcotte

GLENS FALLS, N.Y. – The Adirondack Thunder, ECHL affiliate of the National Hockey League's New Jersey Devils and American Hockey League's Utica Comets, announced that they have signed forward Yanick Turcotteto a contract for the 2022-23 season. 

Turcotte, 26, has played in 127 ECHL games and 7 AHL games over the past five seasons, most notably with the Worcester Railers. Turcotte has posted 24 points (4g-20a) along with 540 penalty minutes in the ECHL while adding 38 penalty minutes in the AHL.Turcotte turned pro in 2017 with the Railers after four seasons with the Quebec Remparts of the Quebec Major Juior Hockey League.  The Quebec City, Quebec native played 212 games with the Remparts, totaling 30 points (9g-21a) along with 335 penalty minutes.
