Coralville, Iowa –Defenseman Nolan Orzeck agreed to terms with the Iowa Heartlanders for the 2022-23 season.Orzeck brings a playmaking element to the blue line. Last season he registered 43 points (6g-37a) and a team-leading +62 rating for the Western Hockey League's Winnipeg Ice. His plus-minus last season was the highest of any player in the Canadian Hockey League.
The 21-year-old played four full seasons for the Ice, totaling 79 points (14g-65a) in 200 career regular-season games and adding six points (1g-5a) in 15 postseason contests.
