Rush bring back Klotz

RAPID CITY, S.D. –The Rapid City Rush, ECHL affiliate of the National Hockey League’s Calgary Flames, announced that winger Garrett Klotz has been signed for the 2022-23 season.

Klotz re-signs for what will be his fifth season with the Rush. During the 2021-22 campaign, the 33-year-old recorded 14 points (2g-12a) over 38 games. He also led the Rush with six fighting majors and notched 73 penalty minutes.

Over 14 professional seasons across the American Hockey League, ECHL, Central Hockey League and Elite Ice Hockey League, Klotz has appeared in 581 games, recorded 112 points (41g-71a) and registered 1,408 penalty minutes.
