McMann makes NHL debut

Former Wichita Thunder and Newfoundland Growlers' forward Bobby McMann became the 732nd former ECHL player to reach the National Hockey League when he debuted with the Toronto Maple Leafs on Tuesday against Nashville.

McMann is the fifth former ECHL player to make his NHL debut during the 2022-23 season. He made his pro debut with Wichita during the 2020-21 season, posting 17 points (6g-11a) in 18 games, and adding four points (2g-2a) in foure games with Newfoundland during the 2021-22 season.

A native of Wainwright, Alberta, McMann has posted 54 points (34g-20a) in 99 career games with Toronto of the American Hockey League.
