Walleye bring back Craggs

Toledo, Ohio –Forward Sam Craggs has agreed to terms to with the Toledo Walleye for the 2023-24 season.The native of Elmhurst, Illinois finished last year appearing in 60 games for the Walleye, reaching double digits in both goals (10) and assists (10), while posting 51 penalty minutes and a +5 rating. He finished the season strong with eight points (4g-4a) over the final 10 games of the season. Craggs made his professional debut with Toledo at the end of the 2021-2022 season, appearing in 11 games with five points (1g-4a).Prior to turning pro, Craggs spent five seasons at Bowling Green State University, where he had 64 points (30g-34a) in 181 career games played. He left school as the Falcons as the school's all-time leader in career games played while ranking ninth all-time in penalty minutes with 295. Three times in his career he was named a WCHA Scholar-Athlete and to the WCHA All-Academic list.
