Cyclones re-sign Berg

Cincinnati, Ohio - The Cincinnati Cyclones announced that the team has re-signed forward Adam Berg to a contract for the 2023-24 season.

Berg, 26, appeared in 19 games with the Cyclones after signing his first professional contract with the team in February last season. The Calgary, Alberta native went on to score six points (4g-2a) during the regular season before adding a pair of goals in the Kelly Cup Playoffs. 

Before arriving in Cincinnati, Berg played four seasons and 91 games for Brock University, where he posted 68 points (35g-33a). His senior season saw him post career best numbers with 29 points (15g-14a) in 24 games. Berg played in multiple major junior leagues, most notably with Edmonton and Regina in the Western Hockey League from 2015-17.
