INDIANAPOLIS - The Indy Fuel announced that they have re-signed goaltender Zach Driscoll to a contract for the 2023-24 season.
Driscoll went 21-17-3 in 42 appearances wtih the Fuel last season wtih a 3.03 goals-against average and save percentage of .899. Prior to that, the goaltender played four games in the Elite Ice Hockey League for the Glasgow Clan. He made his pro debut with the Toledo Walleye late in the 2021-22 season, making 38 saves in a 4-3 win against Indy in his first pro start on April 2, 2022.
He started 34 games for the University of North Dakota in the 2021-22 season, going 22-11-1 with a .908 save percentage. Before that, Driscoll played three seasons at Bemidji State University.
In 2017-18, he played one season in the United States Hockey League for the Omaha Lancers, where he posted a save percentage of .934.
