Seidel joins Admirals

NORFOLK, Va.– The Norfolk Admirals, ECHL affiliate of the Edmonton Oilers, have announced that forward Mike Seidel will be joining the team for the 2016-17 season.

Seidel’s rights were traded to the organization in June as a completion of the trade that sent Corey Fienhage to the Atlanta Gladiators last season.  The 28-year-old winger turned pro at the start of the 2013-14 season, after a four-year career at the University of Minnesota-Duluth.

The Darien, Ill. native produced 30 points (13g-17a) in 54 games last season with the Elmira Jackals while also appearing in two games with the Indy Fuel.
