Idaho Steelheads

  • Idaho hosts Utah on Friday and Saturday.

Kansas City Mavericks

  • Nick Schneider stopped 20 of 21 shots in the Mavericks 5-1 win over Allen on Friday.
  • Kansas City went 2-for-6 on the power play in its season-opening win.
  • The Mavericks visit Rapid City on Saturday and Sunday.

Rapid City Rush

Wichita Thunder

  • Wichita is 7-for-7 on the penalty kill.
  • The Thunder host Allen on Friday and visit the Americans on Saturday.
