Curti rejoins Adirondack

GLENS FALLS, N.Y. – The Adirondack Thunder, ECHL affiliate of the New Jersey Devils, announced defensemanCharlie Curtihas been signed to a contract for the 2021-22 season.

Curti, 26, returns to the Thunder after leading Adirondack's defensive core with 31 points (11g-20a) in 56 games during the 2019-20 season. The Yale University alumnus spent the 2020-21 season with the Rapid City Rush and tallied 16 points (5g-11a) in 55 games.

A native of Mound, Minnesota, Curti spent two seasons with the Cedar Rapids RoughRiders in the United States Hockey League from 2013-15. During his RoughRiders tenure, he collected 47 points (9g-38a) in 113 games played and also served as an alternate captain during his final season.

Curti laced up for the United States for the 2014 World Junior A Championship. He skated in four games and helped his team capture their third straight gold medal victory.
