Mazza agrees to terms with Adirondack

GLENS FALLS, N.Y. – The Adirondack Thunder, ECHL affiliate of the New Jersey Devils and Utica Comets, announced that they have signed defenseman Jimmy Mazzato a contract for the 2021-22 season.

Mazza joins the Thunder after sitting out during the 2020-21 season. The Kings Park, New York native played 19 games for the Reading Royals over two seasons from 2018-20.

Prior to turning pro, Mazza attended Canisius College. In his four years as a Golden Griffin, Mazza collected 68 points (18g-50a) in 141 games and was an alternate captain for his senior season.
