Allen, Texas – The Allen Americans announced the team has signed rookie defenseman Josh Burnside for the 2021-22 season.

Burnside totaled 59 points (12g-47a) in 105 career games at Carleton University from 2015-20.

Prior to enrolling at Carleton, the Brampton, Ontario spent five years in Ontario Hockey League with Mississauga where he had 154 points (53g-101a) in 264 career games.
