K-Wings agree to terms with Blachman

K-Wings agree to terms with Blachman

KALAMAZOO, Mich. – The Kalamazoo Wings, ECHL affiliate of the National Hockey League’s Vancouver Canucks, announced that the team has signed forward Nico Blachman to a contract for the 2023-24 season.

Blachman made appearances for three ECHL clubs last season, combining for 11 points (5g-6a) and 265 penalty minutes in 43 games with Allen, Savannah and Norfolk.

The 25-year-old started his professional career by skating in one game with Florida in 2020-21. After skating in an additional game with the Everblades the following season, he went on to record one assist and 105 penalty minutes in 26 games with South Carolina.
